A group of motorhomers violates the State of Alarm in Spain

Some motorcaravanners ignore the lockdown decreed by the State of Alarm

Occupants of 33 motorhomes ignore the State of Alarm during their stay in a protected space. They spent the night in Valdevaqueros de Tarifa (Cádiz), which is why the Civil Guard and the Andalusian Government proceeded to evict them.

The vehicles were in the car parks of the "La Peña and Lances del Norte recreational areas". As reported this Saturday by the Ministry of Agriculture, Fisheries and Sustainable Development of the Andalusian Government.

In short, the users of these motorhomes violated the Royal Decree 463/2020, which declared the State of Alarm in Spain. Therefore, the free movement of people is restricted due to the coronavirus. On the other hand, they did not respect the protected space that does not admit camping or overnight staying in areas where the prohibition is explicitly announced.
