Alicante, new motorhome stopover/aire, Spain

The first municipal motorhome stopover/aire has been opened in Alicante.

Undoubtedly this new stopover was much awaited by Spanish and foreign motorhomers.

Location 
It is located next (100 meters) to the beach of San Juan in a green area. The centre of Alicante is about 8 km away.
The stopover has excellent services, close to the TRAM line (100 meters); thus making it easy to travel to Alicante and Benidorm. In addition, there are shopping and restaurant services nearby.

Services
It is a municipal stopover, controlled by the Alicante city council. It provides the following services:

• Greywater discharge 
• WC chemical cassette discharge
• Potable water
• Electricity hook up
• Toilettes
• Showers
• Bicycle lane and walking areas
• Parking places: 41  
• Price: € 8 per day; discharge service and water only (without parking), € 2 
• No camping allowed.

Well-lit area with information point and access control. There are two parking spaces dedicated to motorhome discharging service and drinking water.

Attention to the public: 9:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. and from 4:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. They also have an assistance phone 24 hours a day / every day of the year.
