A new platform for motorcaravan owners

NKC introduced a new forum for motorcaravan owners on 1 April 2014 thereby meeting the requests and needs of a fast-growing group of active RV enthusiasts. The updated website www.nkc.nl seeks to inspire, inform and facilitate interaction between like-minded people.

Dutch motorcaravan owners are very IT literate Motorcaravanners do not just travel vast distances – they are above average in their usage of IT connections on motorways. An NKC survey showed that over 92% use the internet when they go camping. A majority i.e. over 64% own and use a tablet. That is twice the national average (37%) in the 55 year old age group.

New forum

NKC has joined the digital motorcaravan market by producing a completely re-designed website. It is quite different, easy to use and navigate around and contains lots of new information. Every motorcaravan owner whether new or well-travelled will find something useful on it.

Inspiration

NKC makes suggestions. Motorcaravanners are adventurers who do not fall into any one category which is why their itineraries are different, interesting and popular. The routes motorcaravan owners take are suitable for everyone, not just NKC members. You can search and select your route according to a theme, a country or a region.

Motorcaravan experts

NKC is a real expert when it comes to recreation vehicles (RVs) and is keen to pass on its knowledge and experience. Advice and information about gas, winter tyres, stopping places, environment labels, cargo, these are all themes that you can easily find on the new website and they are available to everyone.

For and by motorcaravan owners

NKC members have a lot of experience in motorcaravanning. The forum is an information exchange for newcomers and experienced motorcaravanners. Anyone can ask questions and/or start a discussion.

NKC has its own publication, sells insurance in its own name, organises trips and promotes the interests of motorcaravan owners in the Netherlands and throughout Europe. NKC produces detailed camping information on over 16,000 campsites in 38 motorcaravanning countries in Europe.
